Your privacy is very important to us. Agility, accessible from app.agilitydocman.com, has one of the main priorities is the privacy of visitors and users while providing the service. We do not disclose your customer information to external parties who want to market products to you and we always consider your information private and protect them accordingly. This Privacy Policy contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Agility, and how we use it. When connecting Google services to your Agility account, we request the use of Google OAuth scopes. These are needed for the following reasons:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: This scope is needed in order to view the email address
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile: This scope is needed in order to view personal information, including information you have made publically available.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar: This scope is needed in order to read/write within your synchronized calendars

5 Log Files

Agility follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit Agility. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on Agility, and gathering demographic information.

6 Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

You may consult to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Agility. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Agility, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on Agility that you visit.

10 Third Party Privacy Policies

Agility’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found on the browsers’ respective websites.

Agility uses local data storage and session management techniques to provide users with a better and faster experience. We use these techniques to operate our services, discover how people use our services, and understand how to make them work better and more efficiently.

This includes, for example, firewalls, password protection, and other access and authentication controls.

We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Service, and you do so at your own risk. All Agility data is hosted on Amazon Cloud taking advantage of all the security and privacy features AWS provides. We follow proactive measures to provide secure and unauthorized access and robust infrastructure for data backup and recovery requirements.
